Welcome to the official Media Area of the 55th Trofeo Vallecamonica, the space dedicated to journalists, photographers, video operators, and communication professionals. In this section you will find all the useful information to obtain press accreditation, access the press room, and contact our Press Office.
Accreditation Request
To request media accreditation, you must complete the accreditation form available from April 13, 2026, on the Rallyenter.it portal.
Submission deadlines must be strictly respected. Press accreditation requests will close on May 11. As required by the ACI Sport 2026 Cahier des Charges, the accreditation list must be submitted to the Federation by that date. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Required Documentation for Press Accreditation
• Assignment letter on official letterhead of the publication or agency
• Professional ID (Order of Journalists, AIPS, AIRF, USSI) for “Press” requests
• Valid professional insurance policy (mandatory for photographers and operators) covering third-party liability, accidents, and death benefit
⚠️ Pass collection by proxy is not allowed. Each accredited individual must collect their pass in person and sign the acknowledgment and acceptance form.
Pass Types and Requirements
The organization will issue MEDIA passes to:
• journalists and editors from official media outlets
• photographers and video operators with mandatory insurance coverage
• representatives of manufacturers or promoters holding an ACI Sport license
Notes:
Team Passes are no longer available. Team representatives should not contact the Press Office to request passes.
Drone Regulations
• Anyone intending to use drones for image capture must declare it during accreditation via the dedicated section in the accreditation form;
• The Rallyenter.it system will require uploading mandatory documents (insurance and UAS certificate) to proceed with the drone authorization request;
• A maximum of 2 drones per agency/media outlet will be allowed;
• Once approved, the pilot must provide a flight plan to be coordinated with ACI Sport pilots to verify feasibility;
• The drone(s) must be physically brought to the Press Room during accreditation in order to be marked as authorized aircraft for the competition;
• Aircraft without identification marking will be reported, even if prior flight authorization had been granted.
Bib Deposit
To receive the identification bib – mandatory at all times during special stages and start/finish areas (not required in the service park) – a €20 deposit will be requested. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the bib within the Press Room opening hours.
Accreditation Will Not Be Granted To:
• Commercial photography agencies
• Unauthorized video producers
• Guests or team members not registered with the professional bodies
Press Room – Information and Opening Hours
The Press Room will be set up at the Auditorium in Borno (ground floor of the Town Hall) and will be open at the following times:
Friday, May 15: 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–20:00
Saturday, May 16: 8:00–18:00
Sunday, May 17: 8:00–19:00
Press accreditation collection will also be available at:

Saturday, May 16: 7:00–12:00
Sunday, May 17 (upon request)
