50 historic cars will be admitted to the hill climb Malegno-Ossimo-Borno.
Brescia, 10.06.2019 – The next 49th Trofeo Vallecamonica, as permitted by ACI Sport regulations, will admit up to a maximum of 50 historic cars to the start, which will generate a separate ranking.
This aspect will allow fans to admire cars of great charm and historical interest that some gentlemen drivers will lead to challenge on the 8,800 meters track of one of the most famous hill climbs in Italy. Many of these cars, as in previous editions, will also be cars that in their palmares boast a sporting past that has seen them participate in more than one occasion in the event organized by the Automobile Club Brescia.
Legendary brands and models will therefore populate this race in the race, such as Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Volkswagen, Opel, Ford, Abarth and then Osella and Dallara. The historic climb, included in the 49th Trofeo Vallecamonica as integral part of the event, will certainly give great excitement and will resonate along the way the engines that have distinguished this challenge in some of the most glorious editions.
The program for the historic cars, which will be the first to face the ascent both on Saturday for official practice and on Sunday for the race, will follow the same course as for the modern cars. On July 19th will take place the scrutineering hosted by Edil Parti di Borno. The two heats of qualifying will take place on Saturday from 9:00AM while on Sunday the race, always in two ascents, will start again at 9:00AM.
Entries are already open on the website www.trofeovallecamonica.it and will be carried out completely online through a digital compilation procedure. In case of difficulty with the compilation you can contact the Sports Office of the Automobile Club Brescia.
